- how to think about their professional positioning;
- how to structure their portfolio;
- how to identify and organise evidence;
- how to communicate professional achievements;

Vero does not guarantee that any user will obtain endorsement, a visa, settlement, employment, admission to a university, professional registration, or any other outcome. All decisions relating to endorsement, immigration permission, visa applications, settlement, employment, university admission, or professional registration are made by the relevant official authorities, endorsing bodies, employers, universities, regulators, or third parties.
4. No regulated immigration legal advice
Vero does not provide regulated immigration legal advice unless this is expressly delivered through an appropriately authorised immigration adviser or solicitor. Vero's services are limited to education, career strategy, portfolio strategy, evidence organisation, professional positioning, document structure, and general information.
Users are responsible for obtaining independent legal advice from an authorised immigration adviser, solicitor, or other regulated professional where required. Nothing on the Vero website, in any webinar, course, consultation, template, checklist, email, message, or programme should be treated as regulated immigration legal advice unless explicitly stated in writing and delivered by an authorised professional.
5. Eligibility and user responsibility
The user is responsible for deciding whether Vero's products or services are suitable for their circumstances. The user is responsible for:
- providing accurate and complete information;
- checking official government and endorsing-body requirements;
- seeking legal advice where required;
- reviewing all documents before submission to any third party;
- meeting application deadlines;
- paying official fees;
- understanding the risks of any application or career decision;
- ensuring that any information submitted to Vero or any third party is truthful and not misleading.
Vero may refuse, suspend, or cancel access to services if Vero reasonably believes that a user has provided false, misleading, abusive, unlawful, or inappropriate information.
6. Accounts and login details
Some Vero services may require the user to create an account. The user must keep account login details secure and confidential. The user must not share account access with another person unless Vero has given written permission. The user is responsible for all activity that takes place under their account.
Vero may suspend or terminate an account if there is suspected misuse, unauthorised sharing, attempted copying of materials, fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or behaviour that may harm Vero, other users, or the integrity of the programme.
7. Course access and programme delivery
When a user purchases or joins a Vero course, programme, webinar, or digital product, access will be provided according to the product description at the time of purchase. Access may include:
- live sessions;
- recorded sessions;
- digital materials;
- templates;
- checklists;
- guides;
- community access;
- group discussions;
- portfolio or evidence review;
- one-to-one sessions, if included in the purchased package.
The exact content, duration, access period, session dates, and deliverables will be set out on the relevant sales page, registration page, invoice, proposal, or written communication. Vero may update, improve, replace, or restructure course materials where this is reasonably necessary to improve the programme or reflect updated information.
8. Webinars and live sessions
Webinar registration does not guarantee admission to a paid programme. Vero may record live sessions, webinars, workshops, or group calls. By attending, the user agrees that recordings may be made for educational, training, quality, or replay purposes.
Users should not share personal, confidential, or sensitive information during group sessions unless they are comfortable with other participants hearing or seeing it. Vero may remove any participant from a live session, webinar, or community if they behave in a disruptive, abusive, discriminatory, unlawful, or inappropriate way.
9. One-to-one consultations
Where a user books a one-to-one consultation, the consultation will be provided at the agreed time and through the agreed method, such as Zoom, Google Meet, phone, or another platform.
The user must attend on time and be prepared with any relevant materials. If the user needs to reschedule, the user must give at least 24 hours' notice.
If the user misses a booked consultation without notice, Vero may treat the session as completed and may not be required to offer a replacement session or refund.
Vero may reschedule a consultation where reasonably necessary due to illness, technical issues, emergency, or other circumstances beyond Vero's control.
10. Portfolio, CV, and evidence reviews
Where Vero reviews a portfolio, CV, evidence list, case study, biography, personal profile, recommendation structure, or other document, Vero provides strategic and educational feedback only.
Vero does not guarantee that any reviewed document will be accepted by any endorsing body, employer, university, government authority, or third party.
The user remains responsible for the final content, accuracy, truthfulness, and submission of all documents.
Vero may refuse to review or support documents that appear false, misleading, plagiarised, manipulated, unlawful, or unethical.
11. Prices and payment
Prices will be displayed on the website, registration page, proposal, invoice, payment page, or written communication. Prices may change from time to time. A price change will not affect a purchase already confirmed unless there has been an obvious pricing error. Payment must be made using the payment methods offered by Vero or its payment providers.
Access to paid products or services may be withheld until payment has been received. If payment fails, is reversed, disputed, refunded, or charged back, Vero may suspend or cancel access to the relevant product or service.
12. Payment plans
Vero may offer payment plans at its discretion. Where a user chooses a payment plan, the user agrees to pay all instalments by the due dates.
A payment plan is not a subscription that can be cancelled simply because the user no longer wishes to continue, unless the written offer specifically states otherwise. If a payment is missed, Vero may:
- suspend access to the course, programme, materials, or services;
- cancel future sessions;
- require immediate payment of outstanding amounts;
- refuse further access until the account is brought up to date;
- take reasonable steps to recover unpaid amounts.
13. Refunds and cancellation rights
Refund and cancellation rights depend on the type of product or service purchased.
13.1 Digital products and downloadable materials
Digital products may include templates, checklists, guides, recorded courses, downloadable resources, and online materials.
Where the user requests or agrees to immediate access to digital content, the user may lose the right to cancel once access or download begins, where permitted by law.
Before access is provided, Vero may ask the user to confirm that they consent to immediate access and acknowledge that cancellation rights may be affected.
13.2 Services and consultations
Where a service is booked or purchased online, the user may have a legal right to cancel within 7 days, unless the service has already been fully performed with the user's agreement.
If the user asks Vero to start providing services during the 7-day cancellation period, and then cancels, Vero may charge a reasonable amount for the services already provided.
If the service has been fully provided during the cancellation period with the user's agreement, the right to cancel may be lost.
13.3 Courses and programmes
Where a course or programme includes a combination of digital content, live sessions, consultation, group support, document review, or other services, the cancellation and refund position will depend on what has already been accessed or delivered. Vero may reduce or refuse a refund where:
- digital materials have already been accessed;
- live sessions have already been attended;
- consultation time has already been used;
- a document review has already been completed;
- work has already started at the user's request;
- the user has breached these Terms.
13.4 No refund for change of mind after access or delivery
Unless required by law or expressly stated in writing, Vero does not provide refunds simply because the user changes their mind after accessing digital materials, attending sessions, receiving consultations, receiving reviews, or using the service.
13.5 How to request cancellation or refund
To request cancellation or refund, the user must contact Vero at: support@vero-official.com
The request should include:
- full name;
- email used for purchase;
- product or service purchased;
- date of purchase;
- reason for the request.
Vero will review the request and respond within a reasonable time.
14. Promotions, discounts, and vouchers
Vero may offer promotions, discounts, vouchers, or limited-time offers at its discretion. Promotions may be subject to specific conditions, expiry dates, eligibility rules, or availability limits. Promotions cannot usually be applied retrospectively to previous purchases unless Vero agrees in writing. Vero may withdraw or amend a promotion at any time before purchase.
15. Intellectual property
All Vero content is owned by Vero or licensed to Vero unless otherwise stated. This includes:
- website content;
- course materials;
- webinar slides;
- recordings;
- templates;
- checklists;
- guides;
- frameworks;
- programme structures;
- worksheets;
- diagrams;
- text;
- branding;
- logos;
- graphics;
- videos;
- audio;
- downloadable resources;
- written feedback;
- strategic frameworks.
The user receives a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use purchased or accessed materials for their own personal and professional development only.
The user must not:
- copy Vero materials;
- share Vero materials with others;
- resell Vero materials;
- upload Vero materials online;
- reproduce Vero materials in another course or service;
- use Vero materials to create a competing product;
- remove branding or copyright notices;
- record live sessions without permission;
- distribute recordings, slides, templates, or resources.
Any unauthorised use of Vero materials may result in termination of access and legal action.
16. User-submitted materials
The user may submit CVs, portfolios, evidence documents, project information, images, text, testimonials, or other materials to Vero.
The user confirms that they have the right to share those materials with Vero and that the materials do not infringe the rights of any third party.
The user remains the owner of their submitted materials. By submitting materials, the user gives Vero permission to review, analyse, comment on, store, and use those materials for the purpose of providing the relevant service.
Vero will not publicly share a user's personal documents, CV, portfolio, or application materials without permission, unless required by law.
17. Testimonials and results
Vero may publish testimonials, feedback, reviews, or success stories where the user has given consent. Vero may edit testimonials for clarity, grammar, length, or formatting, provided the meaning is not materially changed.
Any examples, testimonials, case studies, or success stories are not guarantees that another user will achieve the same outcome. Individual outcomes depend on many factors, including experience, evidence, eligibility, preparation, timing, official criteria, third-party decisions, and personal circumstances.
18. Acceptable use
The user must use the Vero website, platform, community, and services lawfully and respectfully. The user must not:
- misuse the website or platform;
- attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage Vero systems;
- upload viruses or malicious code;
- scrape, copy, or extract content without permission;
- impersonate another person;
- provide false or misleading information;
- harass, abuse, threaten, or discriminate against others;
- share confidential information belonging to others;
- infringe intellectual property rights;
- use Vero services for unlawful purposes.
Vero may suspend or terminate access if the user breaches this section.
19. Community rules
Where Vero provides access to a group, community, forum, chat, or online space, the user must behave professionally and respectfully.
The user must not share another participant's personal information, documents, questions, circumstances, or comments outside the group without permission.
Vero may remove any user from a community without refund if the user behaves in a way that is abusive, harmful, discriminatory, disruptive, unethical, or damaging to the group environment.
20. Third-party platforms and links
Vero may use third-party platforms to deliver services, process payments, host webinars, manage emails, provide learning access, schedule calls, store documents, or analyse website performance.
These third-party platforms may have their own terms and privacy policies. Vero is not responsible for the availability, content, technical performance, security, actions, or policies of third-party websites, platforms, or services.
The user is responsible for reviewing and complying with any relevant third-party terms.
21. Website availability
Vero aims to keep the website and online services available, but Vero does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
Access may be interrupted due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, hosting problems, third-party platform issues, cyber incidents, or circumstances beyond Vero's reasonable control.
Vero may update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue parts of the website or services where reasonably necessary.
22. Accuracy of information
Vero aims to provide accurate and useful information. However, information about professional pathways, evidence, endorsement routes, official criteria, immigration routes, policies, fees, processing times, and third-party requirements may change.
The user is responsible for checking the latest official guidance from the relevant government, endorsing body, regulator, university, employer, or professional authority before making decisions or submitting any application.
Vero is not responsible for losses caused by the user relying on outdated, incomplete, misunderstood, or unofficial information where the user has not checked the latest official requirements.
23. No guarantees
Vero does not guarantee:
- endorsement;
- visa approval;
- settlement;
- employment;
- promotion;
- salary increase;
- university admission;
- professional registration;
- competition success;
- publication;
- award recognition;
- client acquisition;
- business success;
- any specific professional or immigration outcome.
Vero's role is to provide education, structure, strategic guidance, portfolio support, and evidence-related professional development. The user remains responsible for their own decisions, submissions, conduct, and outcomes.
24. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Subject to that, Vero will not be liable for:
- loss of profit;
- loss of business;
- loss of opportunity;
- loss of income;
- loss of reputation;
- loss of data caused by the user;
- indirect or consequential loss;
- decisions made by government bodies, endorsing bodies, employers, universities, regulators, or third parties;
- failure to obtain endorsement, visa approval, settlement, employment, or any other outcome;
- user errors, omissions, missed deadlines, inaccurate documents, or incomplete submissions;
- technical failures caused by third-party platforms.
Where Vero is liable to the user, Vero's total liability will not exceed the amount paid by the user for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim, unless the law requires otherwise.
25. Force majeure
Vero will not be responsible for delay or failure to perform obligations where caused by events outside Vero's reasonable control. This may include:
- illness;

- strikes;
- natural disasters;

Vero will take reasonable steps to minimise disruption where possible.
26. Termination or suspension
Vero may suspend or terminate access to the website, course, programme, community, account, or service if:
- the user breaches these Terms;
- payment is not made;
- the user shares access or materials without permission;
- the user behaves abusively or unlawfully;
- the user provides false or misleading information;
- Vero reasonably believes access creates risk to Vero, other users, or third parties.
Termination does not remove the user's obligation to pay outstanding fees.
27. Privacy and data protection
Vero handles personal information in accordance with Vero's Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains what personal information Vero collects, how it is used, who it may be shared with, how long it is kept, and what rights individuals have.
The Privacy Policy should be read together with these Terms and Conditions.

The complaint should include:
- full name;
- email address;
- product or service purchased;
- clear details of the issue;
- preferred resolution.
Vero will review complaints and aim to respond within a reasonable time.
29. No waiver
If Vero does not immediately enforce any part of these Terms, this does not mean Vero has waived the right to enforce that term later.
30. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, unless applicable consumer law gives the user the right to bring proceedings in another UK jurisdiction.
